The Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure, Dean Macpherson says there are continued attempts by officials in his department, to sabotage the departments leasing protocols.
Speaking during the Economics Clusters answer and question session in the National Assembly, he said self-serving officials try to manipulate the system for their own benefit.
Macpherson outlined some of the challenges he faces in this portfolio.
