The Inkatha Freedom Partys IFP Chairperson in Gauteng, Bonginkosi Dhlamini, will deliver the eulogy at the funeral of the partys late councillor in the Rand West City Local Municipality, Mbuso Mzwandile Mthimkhulu, on Sunday.
Mthimkhulu was shot and killed after attending a community meeting in Bekkersdal last week. He was elected in 2021 and served on the Municipal Public Accounts Committee MPAC.
The party says Mkhimkhulu served his community with humility and integrity and as a councillor, he was a strong advocate for good governance and accountability.
