MK Party says it has suspended its National Assembly Chief Whip Mmabatho Mokoena-Zondis party membership with immediate effect.
The suspension follows a meeting between party leader Jacob Zuma and national officials on Tuesday 2 June, spokesperson Sifiso Mahlangu said in a statement . It also comes two weeks after Zuma suspended the then national spokesperson Nhlamulo Ndhlelas membership.
MK Party suspends Mokoena-ZondiMokoena-Zondis suspension will remain in place pending the outcome of an internal investigation into allegations of corruption, Mahlangu said.
