A Warrant Officer attached to the Hawks in KwaZulu-Natal says intelligence officers do not generally engage in processing crime scenes.
Karl Sander is back to testify at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria.
He says if intelligence officers were to participate in crime scene processing, their identities would be exposed.
