The husband of lobby group March and March leader, Jacintha Ngobese-Zuma, has confirmed that a case has been opened against her.
Xolani Zumas confirmation comes after the group said she would hand herself to police in Durban.
This is in connection with a charge of incitement to commit violence following the groups protests outside the Addington primary school.
