The defense counsel of alleged crime boss, Jerome Booysen, is expected to continue with the cross examination of a key state witness known as Mr. X.
The matter will resume in the Western Cape High Court this morning.
Booysens lawyer, Advocate Amanda Nel, has presented a list of offences for which Mr. X might be indemnified and prosecuted.
