Ballistic expert Captain Laurence Makgotloe has accused an investigating officer IO in the Armand Swart murder case of kidnapping, in his testimony before the Madlanga Commission.
The officer earlier testified before the commission as Witness B.
Makgotloe says Witness B wanted him to make a correction on the Swart forensic report.
