Yunusa Tanko Yakasai, National Coordinator of the Obidient Movement, has said former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar could support and "anoint" Labour Party's 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi, to fly the flag of the African Democratic Congress ADC in the 2027 general election.
Yakasai spoke on TVC's Politics On Sunday while reacting to the ongoing debate over the ADC's 2027 presidential ticket and the possible roles of key opposition figures ahead of the polls.
Asked what would happen if Atiku prevented Obi from securing the ADC ticket, Yakasai dismissed the suggestion, describing the former Vice President as a leader and father.
