Leaders of the African National Congress ANC in KwaZulu-Natal, along with the partys alliance partners, have visited the family home of the late Dr Ntuthuko Mahlaba near Nquthu, in the north of the province, to pay their respects.
The former Newcastle Mayor and KwaZulu-Natal MEC died on Saturday after being struck by a vehicle while jogging in Newcastle .
The convenor of the ANCs Provincial Task Team, Mike Mabuyakhulu, described Dr Mahlaba as a talented and committed leader.
