Suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner, Shadrack Sibiya, has been accused of threatening some people who reported rogue officers to the South African Police Service SAPS in Gauteng. Thats according to a member of the public, Mesuli Mlandu, who testified before Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee , on Thursday.
The committee is investigating allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system. It has also invited members of the public to make submissions.
Mlandu says he was one of the victims.
