Chairperson of the Madlanga Commission, Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga, has granted a postponement following an application by the legal representative of a new witness.
The matter has been postponed to next Tuesday.
The lawyer for the witness, Hartley Ngoato, argued that his client received a second batch of documents only four days before his scheduled appearance, which he said could prejudice his clients case.
