Former Public Enterprises Minister Dr Malusi Gigaba is expected to be back in the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court sitting in the Palm Ridge Magistrates Court on the East Rand on Friday.
This is in relation to the ongoing investigations into alleged corruption at Transnet.
Gigaba, who was the public enterprises minister between 2010 and 2014, has not been indicted and the matter has not yet been set down for trial.
