Witness F has testified that he did not introduce suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner General Shadrack Sibiya to attempted murder accused Vusimuzi Cat Matlala.
The Madlanga Commission is exhibiting chats between Witness F and Matlala.
This follows an order made by the commission that WhatsApp messages on Witness Fs device must be used at the inquiry.
