The Madlanga Commission has ruled that the Whatsapp messages of new witness, known as Witness F, should be exhibited before the Inquiry without his active participation.
On Tuesday morning, his lawyers requested a postponement through a High Court application.
WhatsApp messages on the electronic device of Witness F were again the subject of argument at the Madlanga Commission for yet another postponement.
