Procurement processes at the South African Police Service SAPS have become a breeding ground for corruption over the years.
Thats what DA MP Dianne Kohler-Barnard told the Ad Hoc Committee investigating allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system.
Kohler-Barnard testified before the Committee on Thursday, after she was accused of sharing classified information by KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Lt-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.
