ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa has called for an end to outsourcing of simple and straightforward government functions, linking the practice to corruption , tender manipulation and bribery.
Outsourcing refers to government hiring private companies to perform certain tasks or deliver services on its behalf. It requires tender and contracting processes in line with financial laws and regulations.
