The Johannesburg council has postponed the motion of no confidence against Executive Mayor Dada Morero in the Citys Council to determine if councillors can vote on the motion through a secret ballot.
The motion was brought by minority party Al Jama-ah, with the support of other minority parties, urging Morero to step down over ongoing service delivery failures.
