The case of alleged underworld kingpin Vusimuzi Cat Matlala and four co-accused has been postponed to Wednesday in the High Court in Johannesburg.
Matlala is accused of orchestrating the failed attempt to kill his former girlfriend, Tebogo Thobejane, businessman Joe Sibanyoni, and music producer Seunkie Mokubung, popularly known as DJ Vettys.
Their case was rolled over to Wednesday after the court heard that the state had submitted all the outstanding documents that were requested by the defence.
