The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry has welcomed the High Court in Johannesburgs dismissal of North West businessman, Suliman Carrims bid to not testify before the commission.
Carrim will now have to appear before the commission on Friday , after High Court Judge Denise Fisher struck the matter off the roll with costs.
Carrim turned to the courts on Tuesday to apply for an urgent interdict to block the commission from issuing a subpoena to compel him to appear before it.
