Former State Security Agency official Xolile Mashukuca says he is disappointed that Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee has blocked him from testifying.
The committee is investigating allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system.
It asked Mashukuca to apply for certification or security clearance from the agency, as his evidence could involve intelligence matters.
