The South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg will on Thursday morning rule on businessman Suliman Carrims bid to block the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry from issuing a subpoena to compel him to appear before it.
Carrim turned to the court on Tuesday to apply for an urgent interdict.
If Carrims bid fails, he will have to appear before the Commission in Pretoria on Friday.
