Former SAPS employee Patricia Mashale has denied claims that she had influenced Police Minister Senzo Mchunus decision to disband the Political Killings Task Team PKTT.
She appeared before Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee investigating allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system.
Committee member, ANC MP Thokozile Sokanyile informed Mashale that two witnesses who testified before the committee suggested that she had a role in the decision to disband the PKTT.
