Former Crime Intelligence official Pilasande Dotyeni has warned about the dangers of internal power struggles within Crime Intelligence.
He was testifying before Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee investigating allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system.
Dotyeni, who was the second witness before the committee on Tuesday, alleges that the factional battles inside the unit are not ordinary disputes.
