Controversial businessman Brown Mogotsi has refused to testify before Parliaments ad hoc committee unless Parliament pays for his private security detail for seven days.
The committee is probing allegations of infiltration and political interference in the criminal justice system made by KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Lt-Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi .
Mkhwanazi claimed Mogotsi was involved in a plot to disband the Political Killings Task Team PKTT to scuttle its investigation against attempted murder-accused tenderpreneur Vusimuzi Cat Matlala.
