North West businessman Brown Mogotsi will be subpoenaed to appear before the Ad Hoc Committee investigating allegations raised by KZN Police Commissioner Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.
This comes after Mogotsi refused to appear before the committee unless his personal security detail is paid for by Parliament for seven days.
Mogotsi has been scheduled to appear before the Ad Hoc Committee Thursday and Friday.
