The African National Congress ANC in Ekurhuleni says it has lost a principled, revolutionary servant of the people following the announcement of the passing of the citys Member of the Mayoral Committee MMC for Roads and Transport, Andile Mngwevu.
Mngwevu died when his car was swept away by floods in Chokwe, Mozambique.
He was with three other people.
