National Director of Public Prosecutions, Advocate Shamila Batohi , will face cross-examination when the Nkabinde Enquiry resumes in Pretoria on Friday morning.
She wrapped up two weeks of testimony on Thursday.
Batohi said expert advice informed her decision to refer suspended Gauteng prosecutions head Andrew Chaukes case to President Cyril Ramaphosa.
