National Coloured Congress NCC leader and MP, Fadiel Adams , has expressed confidence in the criminal justice system after he was released on bail.
The Pinetown Magistrates Court in KwaZulu-Natal set bail at R10 000 after Adams spent 10 days in police custody.
He was arrested last week on two counts of defeating the ends of justice and three of fraud.
