The Pinetown Magistrate's Court in KwaZulu-Natal has granted R10 000 bail to National Coloured Congress leader and Member of Parliament, Fadiel Adams, who is facing charges of fraud and defeating the ends of justice .
He allegedly interviewed two accused in separate cases handled by the Political Killings Task Team while they were in prison and their trials were underway.
Magistrate Wendalyn Robinson has ordered that Adams may not contact any witnesses - including members of the police, eThekwini metro police or the Department of Correctional Services.
