Former President Jacob Zumas legal representative, Advocate Dali Mpofu, has accused the TRC Cases Inquiry Chairperson, retired Constitutional Court Justice Sisi Khampepe, of actual bias.
The Apex court in Johannesburg earlier heard arguments by former presidents Thabo Mbeki and Jacob Zumas legal bid to have Justice Khampepe recuse herself from the inquiry.
Advocate Mpofu says Zuma raised his concerns about Justice Khampepe commenting in the media about his 2021 incarceration.
