Gauteng Roads and Transport MEC Kedibone Diale-Tlabela has rejected the DAs allegation that her department failed to act against officials implicated in a bus subsidy matter.
The DA has raised concerns over the issuing of bus subsidies under the Public Transport Operating Grant during the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 financial years.
Diale-Tlabela says allegations that the department is shielding officials are misleading and factually incorrect.
