A regular promenade walker has shared her account of a robbery that unfolded in broad daylight, describing how her gold chain was forcibly taken during an encounter with a group of youths, reports Cape townEtc .
Roxy Joubert detailed the incident in a Facebook post, explaining that the robbery took place at about 3pm yesterday afternoon while she was walking along the promenade with a visiting friend.
According to her account, the incident occurred near the area just before the glasses walking towards the lighthouse.
