Residents who have been left homeless after a fire swept through the Site 5 informal settlement in Du Noon in Cape Town , on Friday, have started rebuilding their dwellings.
More than 3000 people have been affected and have lost all their belongings. Humanitarian Aid organisation, Gift of the Givers, is on site to assist residents.
Spokesperson Ali Sablay says electrical wires lying around and sewage could cause great danger to the residents.
