Police officers were at controversial businessman Brown Mogotsis business premises in the North West on Thursday evening 16 October, the South African Police Service SAPS said.
Mogotsi has been implicated at the commission of inquiry into allegations of criminality, political interference and corruption in the criminal justice system, which is chaired by retired Constitutional Court justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga, and in the parliamentary ad hoc committee probing similar allegations.
