Firefighting teams remain on high alert after the Pearly Beach fire flared up again, with shifting winds and rising temperatures complicating efforts to contain the blaze, Cape town Etc reports.
According to the Overstrand Municipality, the fire is currently burning out of control and moving toward the Eluxoweni Informal Settlement, prompting authorities to urge nearby residents to stay vigilant and prepare for possible evacuation if conditions worsen.
