Lawyer Alleges Police Planted Gun In Limpopo Wife Murder Case

The defence lawyer in the murder case of a 58-year-old man accused of killing his wife, has told the Polokwane High Court in Limpopo that the gun that was found at his house in Lebowakgomo, was planted by police to incriminate him.

Fannie Seribishane allegedly shot and killed Mumsy Seribishane, who was a nurse at Lebowakgomo Hospital, outside the hospital gate when she was about to report for duty in October 2024.

Hes facing further charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition.
