Two suspects arrested for being in possession of an unlicensed firearm are appearing at the Acornhoek Magistrates Court in Mpumalanga.
Police spokesperson Mpho Nonyane-Mpe says officers were on patrol in Timbavati Trust in Acornhoek when they received a tip-off regarding the suspects who were in possession of an unlicensed firearm.
She says upon investigation they were led to a taxi where they found the firearm.
