Orlando Stadium, the iconic home of Soweto football giants Orlando Pirates, has officially been rebranded as the Orlando Amstel Arena.
The announcement came during a press briefing held by club chairman Dr Irvin Khoza, who confirmed that Amstel has taken over the stadium's naming rights as part of an expanded sponsorship arrangement.
For more than six decades, Orlando Stadium has been the heart of Pirates' home matches, witnessing countless historic moments and fan celebrations. The renaming marks a new chapter for the venue, reflecting a five-year partnership between the club and Amstel, which was finalised last August.
