The issue of the KwaZulu-Natal KZN Political Killings Task Team dockets has come up in the High Court in Pretoria , where Major-General Shadrack Sibiya is challenging his suspension.
The South African Police Services has clarified that the original dockets will remain with the KZN Political Killings Task Team, while copies will be held with the Madlanga Commission, to enable them to do their work.
The 121 dockets are at the center of the allegations made by KZN Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi who further accused Sibiya of having a hand in the unlawful disbandment of the Political Killings Task Team.
