The defence in the Senzo Meyiwa trial is expected to call a new witness after SifisoGwabiniZungu concluded his testimony on Thursday.
Zungu had been testifying at the High Court in Pretoria, where five men are on trial for the 2014 murder of the Bafana Bafana captain.
He has denied hosting a gathering in Vosloorus on Gautengs East Rand, where all five accused were allegedly spotted the day of the murder.
