The case of the two Ndimande brothers linked to the murders of rapper Kiernan AKAForbes and chef, Tebello Tibz Motsoane is expected to resume in the Durban Magistrates Court, on Friday.
Siyabonga and Malusi Ntimande were extradited from Eswatini in November 2025 after fighting extradition for several months before withdrawing their appeal, in October.
They face multiple charges, including a murder charge for a separate matter where a taxi boss was killed in Amanzimtoti.
