Deputy President Paul Mashatile says the National Dialogue will continue to take place to build a better country. This after the ANCs biggest Government of National Unity GNU partner, the DA announced over the weekend that they would not participate in the National Dialogue in retaliation to the axing of DA MP and Deputy Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition, Andrew Whitfield, by President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Mashatile was speaking during the Clean Cities and Towns Integrated Service Delivery Program in Welkom.
He has stressed that the National Dialogue is not for political parties but for the betterment of the people.
