The Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs has called on communities to remain vigilant as heavy rains continue across Mpumalanga.
Residents are urged to be cautious around low-lying areas, rivers and bridges, which may become dangerous due to rising water levels.
Motorists are also advised not to cross flooded roads, while communities are cautioned against outdoor activities near water sources.
