Moroccan billionaire Anas Sefrioui has seen the value of his holdings fall sharply after shares of Douja Promotion Groupe Addoha, the real estate company he founded, slid on the Casablanca stock exchange. Since Sept. 3, the market value of his stake has dropped by 199 million.

Sefrioui, who owns 64.78 percent of Addohaabout 260.8 million sharesremains one of Africas wealthiest individuals despite the decline. Over the past 29 days, the value of his holdings fell by MAD1.81 billion 199 million, as investors responded to mounting concerns about Moroccos property sector.
