Police Minister Senzo Mchunu has admitted that he did not work out any detailed plan when he ordered the immediate disbandment of the Political Killings Task Team PKTT.
Mchunu is under cross-examination at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria.
He disbanded the task team in December last year.
