The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry investigating criminality in the countrys criminal justice system, has ruled that KwaZulu-Natal Hawks head Major-General Lesetja Senona , read into the record the name of the person, thus far referred to as Mr So and so.
The person was mentioned in Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazis WhatsApp message to Major-General Lesetja Senona.
The person referred to as Mr So-and-so on Tuesday has been named as Steven Motsumi, who is believed to have links to suspended Deputy Police Commissioner General Shadrack Sibiya.
