Evidence leader Adv Adila Hassim has rejected an argument advanced by KwaZulu-Natal Hawks head Lesetja Senona s legal counsel that they have been prejudiced by the Madlanga Commission.
Senona has returned to the commission for a third consecutive day.
Adv Palesa Mafisa has argued that certain documents were not provided to them in time, thus placing their client at a disadvantage.
