The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry has ruled that suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya must respond to questions regarding the testimony of Witness F.
The witness whose testimony was postponed due to ill health linked Sibiya to suspected criminal kingpin Vusimuzi Cat Matlala.
He has requested the commission to halt examining him about Witness Fs testimony until he returns to complete it.
