After an 11-year hiatus from live performances, the beloved duo's return has ignited excitement across the local and national music scene, promising an unforgettable experience for fans old and new.
Formed in Johannesburg in 2007 by singer-producer Jonathan Ziyon Hamilton and DJ/producer Thabo Ryzor Shokgolo, Liquideep carved out a special place in South African music with a soulful blend of house, R B and urban dance grooves. Their breakthrough came with hits such as Fairytale, Alone, BBM, and Settle for Less, tracks that became the soundtrack to a generation and dominated airwaves, dancefloors and playlists throughout the late 2000s and early 2010s.
