The National Prosecuting Authority NPA in Limpopo has welcomed the Polokwane High Courts judgment that dismissed the urgent application by artist, Lehlohonolo Chauke popularly known as Shebe Maburna to appeal his bail denial.
Maburna was denied bail by the Polokwane Magistrates Court last month.
He is facing multiple charges, including three of attempted murder.
